2. Description of Service

ToolSnap provides a free online OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tool that extracts text from images. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ToolSnap to:

• Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the service
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the free tier limits
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

4. Free Tier Limits

Free users may process up to 5 images per day. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time. For unlimited access, upgrade to ToolSnap Pro.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload and the text extracted from them. The ToolSnap name, logo, and website design are the intellectual property of ToolSnap and may not be used without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ToolSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of OCR results. Text extraction accuracy depends on image quality and may not be perfect.

7. Limitation of Liability

ToolSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed $10.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ToolSnap after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
