Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ToolSnap (toolsnap.io), operated by RAVIRRA LLC (Wyoming, USA), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users including free and Pro subscribers.

2. Description of Service

ToolSnap provides a suite of free and paid online tools including:

• Image to Text (OCR)
• Background Remover
• PDF Compress, PDF to Text
• JPG to PDF, Text to PDF
• Word Counter, Grammar Checker
• QR Code Generator
• Invert Image

Services are provided "as is" and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

You may create a free account using your email address or Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.

4. Free Tier & Usage Limits

Free accounts are subject to the following daily limits:

• Image to Text (OCR): 10 uses per day
• Background Remover: 5 uses per day
• Maximum file size: 5MB

We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.

5. Pro Subscription & Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Pro subscriptions are available on monthly ($7/month), yearly ($50/year), or lifetime ($99 one-time) plans. Pro subscribers receive unlimited tool usage, 20MB file size limit, no advertisements, and access to all current and future tools (Lifetime plan only).

5.2 Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period.

5.4 Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. To request a refund, contact us at support@toolsnap.io.

5.5 Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, unused days from your current plan will be prorated toward the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ToolSnap to:

• Upload images or files containing illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Process content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to abuse free tier limits or circumvent restrictions
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use one account
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute ToolSnap's services without permission
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Use the service to generate spam, malware, or harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

ToolSnap and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RAVIRRA LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

8. Advertising

Free users will see advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads help us maintain the free tier of our service. Pro subscribers do not see advertisements. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ToolSnap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAVIRRA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Abuse the service or attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Share your account with multiple users (account sharing)
• Engage in fraudulent payment activity

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, USA.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
